• The hotel complex features numerous covered parking spaces in the underground garage—guaranteeing a cool place for your car in the summer and saving you the hassle of scraping ice off your windshield in the winter.
• In addition to the parking spaces in the underground garage, there is ample outdoor parking available.
• For electric cars, there is an e-parking zone with 4 charging stations (wall boxes), which allow for convenient payment via credit card and through international roaming partners.
• Roof racks and mountain bike trailers can be safely stored with us during your vacation.
• The clearance height of the underground garage is 2.12 meters.

• Traveling by train is a particularly attractive option, especially in winter, as it takes you to the Zillertal without stress or traffic jams.
• The train runs from Munich across the border at Kufstein to the Jenbach station, which serves as the transfer point for the Zillertalbahn.
• The Zillertalbahn runs nearly every half hour and takes you from Jenbach Station to Kaltenbach/Stumm Station in just about 30 minutes.
• Our free shuttle service will pick you up at Kaltenbach Station and take you directly to our hotel. However, we ask that you let us know in advance of your arrival!

• Check-in is guaranteed starting at 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
• Of course, you’re welcome to arrive earlier. You’re welcome to use our guest lounge (luggage storage) and the spa area free of charge.
• Especially during the winter season, if you arrive very early (before 9:00 a.m.), you can also book our Vital Breakfast—please let us know in advance.
• If you’d like to go skiing on the day of arrival, you can pick up your ski storage passes (from Sport Stock) in advance at the hotel reception desk.
• On the day of departure, your reserved room or apartment will be available until 10:00 a.m. After that, you can continue to use the courtesy area (luggage storage) free of charge.

• You’re welcome to store your luggage in our secure guest area and luggage storage.
• You also have the option of having your luggage shipped to us before your arrival—please let us know in advance if you plan to do so.
• In addition to the luggage storage area, there are also shower facilities available.
• The guest lounge is available to you free of charge on the day of your arrival as part of our early check-in service, as well as for late check-outs.

• Our front desk is staffed daily from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
• Of course, you can arrive after 8:00 PM. In that case, however, please let us know your planned arrival time when you make your reservation.
• You can relax in our bar and lounge area with its open fireplace until 10:30 p.m. (on Wednesdays, the bar closes at 8:00 p.m.).
• For all soccer fans, we offer the Sky and DAZN channels in our lounge area. This service is available only to hotel guests!

No, but you certainly won’t go hungry here! Zillertal delicacies, soups, or oven-fresh pizzas and tarte flambée will satisfy your hunger. Daily from 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. (closed Wednesdays) in our hotel bar & lounge.

As an apart-hotel, we offer you the flexibility to enjoy your meals at your own pace. You can also dine at our partner hotel, Hochzillertal (about 500 meters away), or visit the excellent restaurants and Tyrolean taverns in the Zillertal to experience the diversity of Tyrolean culture and cuisine.

• Daily Bread Roll Service: Fresh bread rolls and a wide variety of pastries can be conveniently ordered via the Suitepad in your apartment or at the front desk. Orders must be placed by 4:00 p.m. the day before so that we can forward them to the bakery.
• Pickup of freshly baked regional pastries: Daily starting at 7:00 a.m. at the shop near the front desk.
• Gluten-free products: We offer gluten-free options, especially as part of our healthy breakfast. Please let us know before your arrival, if possible.
• Special Surprises: For birthday celebrations or special occasions, we’d be happy to arrange a birthday cake or other surprises such as flowers or Prosecco.

For our guests who love to cook, we’ve taken special care to provide high-quality kitchen equipment in all the kitchens of the apartments, suites, and chalets at our aparthotel in the Zillertal. After all, you shouldn’t have to go without anything—even on vacation! Fully equipped kitchens: With everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes—from the stovetop and oven to state-of-the-art appliances.

Baby-friendly amenities: Upon request, we’re happy to provide you with high-quality children’s and baby gear, including a high chair and other helpful items, so you can make your vacation with your baby in the Zillertal even more enjoyable.

Children of all ages are welcome at the rooftop spa with a pool at our nature hotel:

• Our infinity pool (indoor/outdoor) is heated year-round to a temperature of 32 degrees and is perfect for the whole family.
• The SKY Sauna, made of Swiss stone pine, is a clothing-optional sauna that is also accessible to children and can be used as a family sauna.
• Relaxation rooms and the nature garden with cozy nooks are also accessible to families.
• The sauna area is an adults-only area with restricted access to guests 16 and older (nude area).
• Our wellness area is open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. to ensure a pleasant atmosphere for those seeking relaxation, even during quieter hours.
• The fitness area is available to teenagers ages 14 and older.

The perfect choice for family vacations and long-term stays:

• The hotel has its own laundry room with two washing machines, a dryer, and an iron, fully equipped with everything you need (detergent, etc.).
• The laundry room is freely accessible to guests.
• The washing machines are coin-operated and cost €1 per hour (with various wash cycles).
• Use of the dryer and iron is free of charge.
