We strive to make our website accessible in accordance with the Accessibility Act, as amended, which implements the European Accessibility Directive (Directive 2019/882) on the accessibility requirements for products and services. In doing so, we have complied with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.2) to the greatest extent possible.

The assessment of the website’s compliance with the BaFG was conducted in the form of a self-assessment based on WCAG 2.2. We are continuously improving our website. Usability and accessibility are of great importance to us. Non-Accessible Content

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:

• Incompatibility with accessibility guidelines: PDF documents are available for download on the website that are not yet accessible. If you need assistance with non-accessible PDF documents, please contact office@kunde.at. In such cases, we will endeavor to make the content available to you in an appropriate manner to the greatest extent possible.
• Disproportionate burden: For economic and organizational reasons, it is not yet possible to make older PDF documents and Office documents (etc.) accessible.

The listed non-compliance issues with accessibility regulations are being corrected on an ongoing basis.

• This content falls outside the scope of applicable legal regulations: The website contains older documents and content that are not accessible. Since these were published before June 28, 2025, they are exempt from the Accessibility Act, and no comprehensive changes are currently planned for them.
• The website contains documents and content from third-party providers that we neither developed nor financed nor control. No statement can be made regarding the compliance of this third-party content with accessibility regulations, and it is therefore also exempt from the requirements of the Accessibility Act.
