  • Cancellation Policy

    We know that plans can change! If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible. The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) also apply, with the place of jurisdiction being Zell am Ziller. Our cancellation policy is fair and flexible:

    • Up to 31 days prior to arrival, we charge €100 of the booked stay (the remaining balance of the deposit will be refunded) 
    • 70% cancellation fee for cancellations made 30 to 15 days before arrival
    • 90% cancellation fee for cancellations made 4 to 14 days before arrival
    • 100% cancellation fee for cancellations made 0 to 3 days before arrival

    These cancellation policies apply regardless of whether the canceled rooms are rebooked in whole or in part.

    Our tip: Take advantage of the peace of mind that travel cancellation insurance offers—that way, you’ll be fully covered in case of an emergency and can enjoy your vacation worry-free.

Booking Terms and Conditions

  • Please note that we are a smoke-free property (indoors) and pets are not allowed.
  • A deposit of 20% of the package price is due at the time of reservation. The booking becomes binding upon receipt of the deposit.
  • We ask that you settle the hotel bill either during your stay or by transferring the amount in advance to our bank account. Transfers within the EU are free of charge. Of course, the deposit you’ve paid will be applied toward the final bill.
  • We accept payments by debit card or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
  • Check-in: 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.: Your reserved rooms, apartments, penthouse suites, and chalets will be available to you starting at 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
  • Check-out: by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. The guest lounge may still be used after check-out.
  • Guest Amenity Area: Use our luggage storage and shower free of charge on the day of arrival before check-in or on the day of departure after check-out. There is also a bathroom with a shower, towels, and shower gel, so you can make the most of your arrival and departure days for skiing, golfing, or biking!
  • We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance. The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) also apply. Place of jurisdiction: Zell am Ziller.
