Additional booking conditions

When you make a reservation a deposit of 20% of the package price is required.
Your reservation is binding upon receipt of the deposit.
We would ask you to settle your hotel bill during your stay, or in advance via our bank.
Within the EU transfers may be made without any fees.
The deposit will of course be deducted from your bill. We accept debit cards and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard).
Please be aware that we are a non-smoking establishment and pets are not permitted.
Check-in: 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. – booked rooms, apartments, suites & and the chalet are available for you from 4:00 p.m. on the day you are due to arrive.
To make the Check-In easier for you, we would please you to fill in the guestlist and send it to us per E-Mail.
Check-out: by 10:00 a.m. on the day you are due to depart and use of our courtesy area.
Courtesy area – you may avail of our suitcase storage area & showers on your arrival day before you check-in and on your departure day after you have checked-out, free of charge. There is also a bathroom there which has a shower with towels and shower gel. This means even on the days you are due to arrive or depart you get to make the most of the day skiing, playing golf or cycling!
following cancellation fees:
- till 31 days before arrival is the cancellation free of charges (the prepayment would be refund to 100%)
- between 15 to 30 days before arrival - 70 % of the total amount will be charged
- between 4 to 14 days before arrival - 90 % of the total amount will be charged
- between 0 to 3 days before arrival - 100 % of the total amount will be charged
