The Spruce World at the Rosenalm. Summer Mountain Railways in the Tux Valley

Finkenberger Almbahn - Finkenberg | High above the hustle and bustle of everyday life, you can enjoy the summer mountain panorama, get active, or simply unwind. The idyllic peat bog nature trail on the Penken begins right at the mid-station and offers an educational hike for the whole family. Fun for the whole family is guaranteed at Pepi’s Kinderland—the absolute highlight is the “Capella Granata,” designed by Swiss star architect Mario Botta from Ticino, located at 2,087 meters above sea level east of the reservoir at the Penkenjoch.

Eggalmbahn – Lanersbach/Tux | The absolute highlight of the Eggalmbahn is the new “Almspielerei”—inviting even the youngest hiking enthusiasts to marvel and explore.
