The first rays of sunshine stream through the window—and my appetite is awakened. I’m looking forward to this day, to a gourmet breakfast in the Zillertal Mountains, to all the regional delicacies that are already waiting for me:

From spring through fall, I enjoy my breakfast outdoors—on the sun terrace or in the cozy Dedon Lounge at the edge of the forest. The morning sun warms my face, the mountains glow in the distance—a perfect start to my vacation day in the Zillertal!

Start your day off on a relaxed and enjoyable note. In a cozy atmosphere, you can refuel for hikes, bike tours, days on the slopes, and many other adventures in the fresh Zillertal mountain air.

Our varied breakfast buffet treats you to an organic selection, regional specialties, freshly squeezed juices, fruity smoothies, sparkling Prosecco, and daily rotating delicacies prepared at our live cooking station. We’re happy to prepare gluten-free, lactose-free, and vegan options for you upon request.

Enjoy your breakfast in our rustic farmhouse dining room, in the stylish breakfast room, or—when the weather is nice—on the sun terrace with a panoramic view of the Zillertal Alps. We source many of our ingredients from select producers in Tyrol. We have been honored multiple times with the “Bewusst Tirol” award for our commitment to regional products and sustainable quality.

Vacation means freedom—whether you’re enjoying a leisurely breakfast in your pajamas in your apartment or chalet, or just need a nice cup of coffee to wake up—anything is possible with us!

You can conveniently order our bread service for self-catering guests via the SuitePad and pick it up fresh in the morning at the hotel shop. We offer a wide selection of breads, sweet treats, and even gluten-free pastries—all fresh daily from the bakery in the Zillertal, of course.

And if there’s something to celebrate—whether it’s a birthday or a special occasion—we’d be happy to arrange a fluffy Gugelhupf cake or a custom-inscribed birthday cake from our baker. Just let us know before your arrival what your culinary wishes are!

Breakfast on Vacation

A fresh start to your vacation day! Our breakfast is served from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and features a varied buffet with regional delicacies—the perfect way to start your day. It’s included in the price for our double rooms and Superior Apartments.

For guests staying in apartments, suites, or chalets, breakfast can be booked for the entire stay or on a daily basis. The daily rate is €25 for adults (ages 14 and up), €18 for children (ages 10–13), €12 for children (ages 6–9), and €6 for the little ones (ages 0–5).

If breakfast is booked as a daily option, the cost is €30 for adults, €18 for children (ages 10–13), €12 for children (ages 6–9), and €6 for toddlers (ages 0–5). For our youngest guests, we’re happy to provide high-quality baby equipment such as Stokke high chairs and newborn inserts, as well as child-friendly tableware.
