Our apartments, chalets, and penthouse suites feature fully equipped kitchens with high-quality brand-name appliances. The equipment has been carefully selected so that you can cook properly, to a high standard, and with pleasure—from simple dishes to sophisticated menus. Of course, all cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, and kitchen gadgets are at your disposal. We also provide a detailed overview of the kitchen equipment available for download.

What kind of coffee maker is available in the apartments, chalets, and penthouse suites?

All apartments, chalets, and penthouse suites come standard with a high-quality Nespresso Gastro coffee machine. The corresponding coffee pods are conveniently available in our on-site shop.
Upon request, we can also provide you with a WMF drip coffee maker—just let us know.

Where can I buy groceries, and how well-suited is the hotel for self-catering?

A self-catering vacation is flexible, hassle-free, and easy on your vacation budget—especially for families with young children. Thanks to our central location as an apartment hotel, Das Kaltenbach is ideal for this. You’ll find all the major supermarkets—such as SPAR, HOFER, and MPREIS—right nearby, as well as local bakeries and butcher shops in town. Plus, you can conveniently order fresh rolls through our in-hotel roll delivery service and start your day in a relaxed way.
