Zillertaler Heumilch Sennerei Fügen | The Zillertaler Heumilch Sennerei is a cheese dairy in the Zillertal that specializes in producing cheese from hay-fed milk. This milk comes from cows fed exclusively on hay, which results in particularly flavorful products. The dairy’s high-quality dairy products are a highlight of Tyrolean cuisine and are also featured in our Vital breakfast buffet.

Gin Tasting and Wines from Austria

Enjoy an exclusive red wine from Austria—our Premium Cuvée Josef & Rosa from the Klein Winery. With its elegant real-wood label and modern design, this cuvée is a true masterpiece. The wines come from northern Burgenland in Andau on Lake Neusiedl, the warmest place in Austria, which offers ideal conditions for viticulture thanks to its unique microclimate. This exquisite wine was created in collaboration with the renowned winemaker Jacqueline Klein.

Shopping in the Zillertal Valley in Tyrol

The largest shopping street in the Zillertal is in Mayrhofen, where you can discover the latest fashion trends, modern sports gear, and beautiful accessories in specialty stores.

If the weather isn’t cooperating, Innsbruck, the capital of Tyrol, is less than an hour away. Here you can enjoy a leisurely shopping trip while taking in cultural highlights like the famous “Golden Roof.” Treat yourself to a break at a café in the Old Town before continuing to explore the boutiques and shops. At the DEZ Shopping Center in the Amras district, 130 specialty stores, restaurants, and cafés await you—Tyrol’s largest shopping center. The Sillpark in the city center offers an impressive variety of shops and dining options across 5,300 m².
