MTB practice trails for kids in the Zillertal

Children and teenagers will find ideal opportunities in the Zillertal to improve their riding skills in a fun and playful way and gain their first experience on trails. Very close to our family hotel is the pump track at Kaboom in Kaltenbach. With its waves and banked turns, young bikers can train their balance, coordination and bike handling skills.

Another great option is the MTB practice trail at the forest playground in Gerlos. This easy trail is perfect for first rides off-road and an ideal preparation for the downhill trails and bike parks in the Zillertal.

Tip: Children’s bikes, helmets and child seats can be rented directly at our family hotel – so nothing stands in the way of biking fun for the whole family.

 

Family e-bike tours in the Zillertal

E-bike tours with teenagers are very much on trend and open up completely new possibilities for shared family adventures in the Zillertal. Thanks to electric support, even longer distances and gentle climbs can be managed with ease – allowing parents and teenagers to discover impressive mountain scenery together.

A special highlight is the bike tour from Kaltenbach to the Stillup Reservoir near Mayrhofen. This varied route leads through the Zillertal and into the impressive Stillup Valley, offering beautiful views of the surrounding mountains along the way.
