Cancellation Policy

We know that plans can change!

If you need to cancel or modify your booking, please inform us as early as possible. The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) apply, with jurisdiction in Zell am Ziller. Our cancellation policy is fair and flexible:

  • Free cancellation up to 31 days before arrival (the deposit will be fully refunded)
  • 70% cancellation fee for cancellations 30 to 15 days before arrival
  • 90% cancellation fee for cancellations 4 to 14 days before arrival
  • 100% cancellation fee for cancellations 0 to 3 days before arrival

We recommend taking out cancellation insurance for added security – this way, you’ll be well-covered in case of unexpected changes and can enjoy your vacation without worries.

Booking Conditions

  • Please note that we are a non-smoking hotel and pets are not allowed.
  • A deposit of 20% of the total price is required at the time of booking. The reservation is confirmed once the deposit has been received.
  • We kindly ask that you settle your hotel bill either during your stay or in advance via bank transfer to our account. Within the EU, transfers can be made without fees. The deposit will, of course, be deducted from your final bill.
  • We accept payments by debit card or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
  • Check-in: 16:00 – 20:00: Your reserved room, apartment, penthouse suite, or chalet will be available from 16:00 on the day of arrival.
  • Check-out: By 10:00 on the day of departure. The courtesy area can be used after check-out.
  • Courtesy Area: Feel free to use our luggage storage and shower on the arrival day before check-in or on the departure day after check-out for free. In addition, there is a bathroom with a shower, towels, and shower gel, so you can fully enjoy skiing, golfing, or biking on arrival and departure days!
  • We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance. The general terms and conditions of the hotel sector apply (AGBH 2006) also apply. Place of jurisdiction: Zell am Ziller.
