There is hardly a better place for meditation and relaxation in the Zillertal than in the middle of our 5,000 m² natural garden. Whether formed on the fantastically beautiful platforms from local larch wood or in the dewy grass of our mountain meadows amidst the flowers and herbs. As a beginner or an experienced practitioner for yoga, experience absolute peace and a unique panorama with a view over the Zillertal and the mountains.
With qualified yoga teacher Zuzana Holtby, we offer the following weekly yoga program:
Yin Yoga - A slow, meditative yoga practice that works deeply on the body and mind. The positions are held for longer periods.
Vinyasa Yoga - It is a breath initiated practice - in this class we coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next.
All levels. You need no previous experience in order to take part in our weekly classes. Each session will be individually tailored.
New! We are now offering - with Zuzana Holtby, 500 hours YTT qualified - our new yoga program. She completed her first yoga training with Yoga Alliance in London in 2010. She also studied in India for some time, which gives her the ability to combine the ancient traditions with the contemporary teaching style of the west.
